Jon L. Greenawalt, Sr. CMC, Chairman
& Founder "My Personal Life Vision is that all

the human spirit and share them as gifts to the world." As a
graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in
Psychology and an MA in International Relations, Jon began his
career as a Human Resources manager with two separate, large
manufacturing companies. After 11 years of
corporate experience, he entered the Management Consulting
profession as an associate with a mid-west consulting
firm. Through this experience, Jon found that it
was possible to achieve extraordinary business success through
value driven leadership that skillfully integrates the
development of people with measurable, results oriented
management. In 1987, Jon formed PMP, Inc. as an
expression of his commitment to build organizations where
people can contribute their unique genius in an environment of
dignity and trust. |

Mark B. Stein, President PMP Group,
L.L.C. "My Personal Life Vision is of a world

experience the true Being of others." Mark Stein
created a successful Food Service Management Business in
Southeast Michigan where the challenge was to inspire others
to be committed to excellence. Toward this end,
Mark participated in and studied with some of the leading
experts in the area of Personal and Team
Development. After more than a decade and
completing numerous programs and curriculum in the field of
Ontological Learning, Mr. Stein joined the PMP team as the
person accountable for the competency and effectiveness of the
programs and the team members. |

Brad specializes in the behavioral health market and has been employed by some of the most innovative organizations in Michigan and Nationally. Brad has been instrumental in the development of the National Councils’ Integrated Care Learning Community and is a provider of change management services in the newly formed Michigan Integrated Care Learning Community. Brad has been invited to present at conferences for The Michigan Association of CMH Boards, The Collaborative Family Healthcare Association, The Mental Health Corp. of America and the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare.
Brad is a member of The Board of Trustees of The Judson Center, a comprehensive, multi-faceted, community based human service provider in Royal Oak, MI, catering to the challenges facing children, families, and adults with developmental disabilities across six counties in southeastern Michigan. Brad is also active as a fund raiser for The Make a Wish Foundation of Michigan.

Denise Demers Stein, Managing Director,

opportunity to alter the very fabric of our society." Denise has
been with PMP since its inception in 1987. Until
early 1999, Denise focused her efforts on coaching business
executives around the country to enhance their leadership,
management, and coaching effectiveness. Since then,
she has turned her attention to communities, consulting with
Non Profit organizations, Government agencies, and also
leading the Art of Leadership Foundation, which conducts PMP's
executive leadership development programs with inner-city
teens. |

Al joined PMP in 2000 and has had the honor of
supporting hundreds of individuals, executives and managers in
striving toward their fullest potential. Prior to
joining PMP, Al's experience included; President of
Highline-Equitrust Mortgage Corporation (1990-1999); Ethics
Chairman of Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA -
1995); President of CMLA (1997-1998); Founder/President of
Rocky Mountain Lenders Association (1997-1998). He has
extensive background in Mortgage Lending and Financial
Services, and is the recipient of many industry awards for
excellence of commitment and service to the Mortgage
