The professional Coaches at PMP-Personal Mastery Programs- have richly diverse backgrounds, training and experience. While the primary focus is on supporting people that are engaged in building and leading organizations, each of the PMP coaches bring their personal and unique talents to their work.

The unifying force that creates the solid commitment that each team member shares is the mission that PMP is on.

Each member of the PMP team has his or her own Personal Life Vision, that is, a sense of personal "calling" or life purpose that is their source of power and inspiration.  For some members of the PMP team this Personal Life Vision has been a conscious focus for a lifetime of work.  For others, this Personal Life Vision came as a revelation later in life.  In any case, each of the team came to a point in their lives where the choice between work primarily focused upon personal reward or a career in service to others became apparent.

What binds this team of dedicated people is the knowledge that each of the PMP Coaches has made the personal choice to fulfill a purpose that is more than self-serving.  To bring transformation to organizations through personal growth is more than just a trendy statement, it is the mission each member of the PMP team is on as a vehicle to fulfill each individual Personal Life Vision.

Organizational Transformation occurs when an organized group of people alters their view of themselves as limited by the past and begins to see themselves as the future that they, collectively make possible in the world.  When individuals unite in the service of an inspired future, anything becomes possible.
Leadership is the device that causes this alteration.
